Welcome to Humanity Enlightened. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any purchase or download you make from us. Please read them carefully. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

Humanity Enlightened (“Humanity Enlightened,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a small, independent online retailer based in the United States. We sell tuning forks, crystals, gemstone jewelry and digital audio and ebook products intended for meditation, relaxation and mindfulness. You can reach us at support@humanityenlightened.com. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the site and make purchases only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer

Information on this site is provided for general educational and entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician or other qualified health professional. If you have a medical or mental health concern, or are pregnant, wearing a pacemaker or other medical device, or taking medication, consult a qualified professional before using any product. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you have read on this site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

References on this site to traditions such as the Solfeggio scale, chakras, sound baths or crystal lore describe spiritual and cultural practices that many people find meaningful. They are not scientific or medical claims, and we do not guarantee any particular experience or result.

4. Products, Natural Variation and Safe Use

• Descriptions and images. We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Your screen settings may affect how colors appear. Sizes and weights are approximate.
• Natural variation. Crystals and gemstones are natural materials. Color, pattern, clarity, size and shape differ from stone to stone, and the item you receive may look different from the photograph. Such variation is not a defect.
• Tuning forks. Strike a tuning fork only with the striker provided or another soft surface intended for the purpose. Never strike it against a table, counter, metal or other hard surface, which can damage the fork and may be unsafe. Keep tuning forks and strikers away from children’s faces and do not hold a sounding fork against your teeth, eyes or any injured area.
• Small parts. Jewelry, beads, crystals and strikers may be a choking hazard. Keep them away from children under 3 and from pets.
• Do not ingest. Do not swallow crystals or gemstones or place them in drinks. Some minerals can be harmful if ingested or if dissolved in water.
• Metals and sensitivities. Jewelry may contain metal alloys. If you have metal sensitivities or allergies, review the product description and stop wearing an item that irritates your skin.
• Audio. Do not listen to audio recordings while driving or operating machinery in a way that would distract you or prevent you from hearing your surroundings. Use headphones at a comfortable volume.

5. Pricing, Promotions and Taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, promotions and product descriptions at any time. Where we show a “value” or comparison price, it reflects the price at which we have offered, or could offer, the item or an equivalent, and is provided for reference. Where an offer is described as “free + shipping,” you pay the shipping and handling fee displayed before you complete your purchase. Applicable sales tax, calculated according to your shipping address and the law, will be added at checkout. Errors in pricing or description may occur; if we discover one after you order, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Orders, Availability and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it or ship it. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or stop selling any product at any time, including for suspected fraud, stock shortages, pricing errors or incomplete information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. When a product is unavailable, we may offer a notify list. Joining the list is not an order, does not reserve a product, and does not obligate you or us to complete a sale.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Your payment is subject to the processor’s own terms and privacy practices. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

8. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates and international orders. Our Refund Policy explains our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to request a return or refund. Please read both before ordering.

9. Digital Products and Community Access

When you purchase an audio file, ebook, course or other digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, publicly perform, or distribute digital products or your access credentials to anyone else, or use them to train or build competing products. Digital products are delivered by email or download link, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

If an order includes access to a members’ or community area, access is for your personal use and is subject to reasonable conduct standards: no harassment, unlawful content, spam, or infringement of others’ rights. We may suspend or end access for violations, and we may modify, move or discontinue community features over time. If any membership is billed on a recurring basis, the price, billing frequency and any trial terms will be clearly shown before you pay, and you may cancel at any time by emailing us, as described in our Refund Policy.

10. Customer Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials on this site reflect the opinions and experiences of individual customers. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will have the same experience. If you submit a review, photo or other content to us, you confirm that it is truthful and that you have the right to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with our business. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, audio, ebooks and layout, is owned by or licensed to Humanity Enlightened and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please email us with the details and we will review it promptly.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts or our systems; (c) introduce malware or interfere with the site’s operation; (d) scrape or harvest data except as permitted by law; (e) submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including at checkout; or (f) use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all products and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will produce any particular result or experience. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humanity Enlightened and its owners, employees, contractors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Humanity Enlightened and its owners, employees and contractors against claims, damages and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@humanityenlightened.com and give us a reasonable opportunity, at least 30 days, to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Changes apply to orders placed and site use after the update. Your continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and its products.
